What if I have a question I need to ask?

run as smoothly as possible, remember, we're here to help!

How long will it take to get paid?

Providing that your equipment is received in the condition it was described as, is in full working order and is complete with all accessories,
payment would be made via BACS within two working days. If you chose Wilkinson Cameras Web Vouchers, an email will be sent to you
containing a web voucher code that can be redeemed at www.wilkinson.co.uk

What happens if my equipment is found to be faulty?

If your equipment is found to have a fault we will contact you immediately by email or phone to discus the various options that are available to you.

How should I send my equipment to you?

We recommend that all customers use a reputable courier with adequate insurance cover to send equipment to us.
If you click here you can quickly organise collection of your equipment via a courier.

How long will it take to receive a quote?

We aim to provide quotes for equipment by the end of every working day, between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm.

What should I do if I don't receive a quote?

Check your spam and Junk email folders to see if our email has automatically been sent to these folders.
If you still can't find the email, use the contact us section of this website and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I receive a credit on my credit card/debit card?

We are unable to credit your debit / credit card. Our prefered payment method is via BACS, or Gift Vouchers. If you wish to be
paid by cheque this can be organised.
